Windows 10 insider program, click get started and nothing happened

Windows 10 version 1903 is very important update to try the new terminal. I stuck in Insider get start button for 1 day and finally I found solution from reddit.
[REGEDIT]Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost\ApplicabilityAdd 2 key names with 1 DWORD value
* EnablePreviewBuilds
* ThresholdOptedinRestart Windows and yes! It's worked :)
